By booking a session, you agree to the following:

 

  1. Confidentiality

    Everything shared during your session is confidential. I do not discuss your reading with anyone.

  2. Guidance, not guarantees

    Readings offer insight and guidance, not absolute outcomes.

    I do not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

  3. You remain responsible for your decisions

    You always remain in control of the choices you make after a session.

  4. Respectful space

    Sessions are a mutual energetic exchange.

    I reserve the right to end a session if someone becomes abusive or disrespectful.

  5. Payment

    Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Enlightened Tarot Thirsk - Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice, or not attending, means the session is non-refundable.

  • If you are late, the session may be shortened to keep the schedule clear for others.

  • If I need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered the next available appointment.

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable but can be transferred to someone else.

  • ​There are no refunds after a session has been completed.You are paying for time, experience, and energy, not a guaranteed outcome.
