This week hasn’t been loud, but it has been deeply revealing…

A week of reflective walks, fresh air, and moments to think… Yet underneath it all, something much deeper has been shifting.

Across the readings I’ve held this week, there has been one clear, repeating theme.
Self care.
Boundaries.
Returning to self.
Different people, different lives, different stories… Yet, collectively, the same message each time.
It is time to come back to yourself. 🚶🏻♀️

As when we don’t, something begins to build.
It’s like a dam.
At first, everything feels contained. Managed. Under control.
But the moment cracks appear… When we overextend, over give, or ignore what our body is asking for… The water starts to push through. 🌊
If we don’t tend to it early, it doesn’t gently flow.
It rushes in.
Overwhelming. Unsteady. Knocking us off our feet.
And before we know it, we’re no longer standing in our own energy… We’re swept into everything else.

This week has been a reminder that self care isn’t optional.
It isn’t something we do when everything else is finished.
It is the foundation. 🧱
Because when we don’t honour it, the body will step in.
It will slow us down.
It will ask us to pause, whether we planned to or not.
And in doing so, we often realise…
We would have moved further forward if we had simply listened in the first place.

There is also something deeper here.
When we step fully into ourselves… When we are unapologetically authentic, grounded, and true…
We begin to shift what we allow into our lives.
Not by force.
But by alignment.
What is meant for us finds its way in.
What is not… Begins to fall away. 🍂
That can feel uncomfortable at times.
But it is also where real clarity begins.

There is a quiet wisdom in not pushing against everything.
Not every situation needs to be fought.
Not every energy needs to be met head on.
Sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do is step back.
To soften.
To move like water rather than against it.
Because when we fight fire with fire, we burn ourselves out. 🔥
But when we become like water… We flow, we adapt, and we find another way.

This week has been a gentle, but firm reminder.
To care for yourself first.
To honour your boundaries.
To trust your body.
To return to what feels true.
Because everything else flows from there. 🌊
✨ If this resonates with you, you’re very welcome to come back to this at the end of the week and reflect on how the energy unfolded for you 🤍
✨ I’d love to hear what shifted for you, what became clearer, or where you chose yourself… only if you feel called to share ✨
