❄️Weekly Energy Update - 8th - 14th December 2025

“Clearing the past so we can step into what’s next.”

This week carries a deep, transformative energy that asks us to pause, look honestly at where we’ve been, and recognise what is ready to be released so a new chapter can unfold.

There is a strong theme of clearing space physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Interestingly, without realising what the cosmic weather was doing behind the scenes, I found myself spending the past week cleaning, sorting, and clearing out both my home in Thirsk and my house in the Midlands. It felt like an inner itch I couldn’t ignore, a pull to lighten, tidy, and refresh everything around me.

And that’s exactly the energy of the week:

making space in our ‘cosmic wardrobe’ so something new can finally come in.

We’re being shown, sometimes gently, sometimes loudly, the places where we’ve been holding on, repeating old patterns, or staying stuck out of habit. Old emotions may rise, frustrations may appear, or certain situations may feel unusually heightened. This isn’t a setback… It’s guidance.

The universe is helping us identify the final threads of what no longer serves us so we don’t carry them into the next chapter.

This week encourages:

• reflection on where we’ve grown

• clarity around what we’re done carrying

• courage to close a chapter

• trust in the new beginnings forming

You may notice intuitive nudges, signs, or synchronicities arriving more clearly than usual. Listen closely, the universe is speaking with precision right now.

There’s also a strong push toward truth: speaking it, honouring it, and living it. The more honest we are with ourselves about what we need, the easier the path forward becomes.

By the weekend, the energy softens into insight and deeper wisdom. Old wounds or old patterns may become clearer, not to reopen them, but to show you how far you’ve come and what you are now ready to release fully.

This is a cleansing week.

A closing week.

A breakthrough week.

Let what needs to rise, rise.

Let what needs to be seen, be seen.

And let what needs to be released, fall away.

You are creating the new with every choice you make now.

Step lightly, listen deeply, and trust the clarity arriving.
