Service Description

Every animal has their own unique personality, thoughts and emotions. During an Animal Communication Reading, I intuitively connect with your animal’s energy to gain insight into their feelings, experiences and the special bond they share with you. Whether your companion is living or in spirit, these readings can bring reassurance, understanding and a deeper connection. They may offer insight into behavioural changes, emotional wellbeing, relationships with family members, favourite memories, physical sensations, or answer specific questions you may have. For remote readings, all I need is a recent photograph clearly showing your animal’s eyes, together with their name, age (if known), whether they are living or in spirit, and any questions you would like me to explore. You can choose to receive your reading by video call, WhatsApp voice notes or as a written email, allowing you to select the format that feels most comfortable for you. Every reading is approached with compassion, honesty and respect, allowing your animal’s own personality and messages to come through naturally. My intention is always to strengthen the understanding between you and your animal, offering messages with compassion, integrity and an open heart. Please note: Your booking includes dedicated preparation, intuitive communication with your animal and personalised feedback. The live feedback session is approximately 30 minutes, but several hours of preparation and communication take place before your appointment.

By booking a session, you agree to the following:

 

  1. Confidentiality

    Everything shared during your session is confidential. I do not discuss your reading with anyone.

  2. Guidance, not guarantees

    Readings offer insight and guidance, not absolute outcomes.

    I do not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

  3. You remain responsible for your decisions

    You always remain in control of the choices you make after a session.

  4. Respectful space

    Sessions are a mutual energetic exchange.

    I reserve the right to end a session if someone becomes abusive or disrespectful.

  5. Payment

    Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Enlightened Tarot Thirsk - Cancellation & Refund Policy
​

• Face-to-face cash appointments require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment.

​

30-minute reading (£45): £15 booking fee
Deep Dive reading (£80): £30 booking fee

The booking fee is deducted from the total cost of your reading, with the remaining cash balance payable on the day.

​

• All online and digital readings are payable in full at the time of booking and are therefore not subject to a booking fee.

​

• Cancellations or requests to reschedule require at least 24 hours’ notice.

​

• If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, your booking fee will be transferred to a new appointment.

​

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment, will result in your booking fee being retained.

​

• If you arrive late, your reading may be shortened to avoid affecting appointments booked after yours.

​

• If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered the next available appointment or, where applicable, a full refund of any payment already made.

​

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person before they are redeemed.

​

• There are no refunds once a reading has been completed. You are paying for my time, experience and professional service, not a guaranteed outcome.

​

• I understand that genuine emergencies can happen. In exceptional circumstances, any transfer of a booking fee will be at my discretion.
