This weekās energy has been all about power returning to the people.
About remembering who we are, softening back into connection, and letting compassion, presence and truth lead the way again.
And in a very real, everyday way, I felt that reflected through my own week.
Not through big journeys.
Not through long countryside walks or wide open views.
But through small, grounded moments right where I was.
This week became a reminder that walking your path doesnāt always mean going anywhere at all.
Sometimes it looks like coming back to familiar ground.
Resetting your home.
Putting gentle order back into your space.
Sorting through important paperwork and practical things that feel overwhelming until you meet them calmly and realise they are simply problems waiting for solutions.
Itās choosing steadiness instead of panic.
Trust instead of spiralling.
And remembering that you are capable of handling what is in front of you.

This energy has also been deeply about connection.
Being there for friends.
Catching up with people you havenāt seen for a while.
Sharing food, conversation and quiet company.
Creating warmth, comfort and safety through simple, ordinary moments.
This week held a lot of togetherness for me, time with my children, time with friends, and time spent creating a calm, nourishing home space again.
Cooking for others.
Sitting together.
Letting an evening unfold slowly.
Allowing life to feel gentle and human.

And even between the heavy rain showers, there were still small pockets of nature waitingā¦

A few short walks with Percy.
Fresh air between storms.
That familiar feeling of the world quietly carrying on around us, even on the greyest days.

This weekās energy has been inviting us to come back into our bodies, our hearts and our nervous systems.
To slow the mind.
To soften the breath.
To stop pushing ourselves through life and instead return to presence.
For me, this week became a quiet re-anchoring.
Not striving.
Not forcing.
Not trying to make something happen.
Just choosing to be available.
To listen.
To care.
And to meet each day with steadiness and kindness.
This week also held a small but meaningful moment of returning to myself.
Letting go of what I no longer needed to carry.
Stripping back layers that no longer felt true.
And choosing something simpler, softer and more natural, something that felt like me again.
It was a gentle reminder that sometimes change doesnāt need to be dramatic to be powerful.
Sometimes itās enough to quietly come back to who you were before you started trying to be anything else.

Sometimes we donāt serve by doing more.
Sometimes we serve by being calm.
By being emotionally present.
By creating spaces, in our homes and in our lives, where people can feel held again.
And perhaps this is how real change begins.
Not through dramatic shiftsā¦
but through many small, ordinary acts of care that ripple further than we ever realise.
As we move through this powerful week of collective change and remembering, I invite you to gently ask yourself:
Where can I soften my pace?
Where can I return to what truly nourishes me?
And how might my own small, everyday choices become part of the change I wish to see?

Even a short walk between the rain can be enough⦠āļø š¾ š„¾
