By booking a session, you agree to the following:

Confidentiality

Everything shared during your session is confidential. I do not discuss your reading with anyone.
Guidance, not guarantees

Readings offer insight and guidance, not absolute outcomes.

I do not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
You remain responsible for your decisions

You always remain in control of the choices you make after a session.
Respectful space

Sessions are a mutual energetic exchange.

I reserve the right to end a session if someone becomes abusive or disrespectful.
Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Enlightened Tarot Thirsk – Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

⭐️ All readings must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Your appointment is not confirmed and your time slot will not be reserved until full payment has been received. ⭐️

• Appointments booked directly with me are payable in full by bank transfer. Appointments booked through my website are payable in full through the online booking system.

• Cancellations or requests to reschedule require at least 24 hours’ notice. If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, your payment may be transferred to a new appointment.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment, are non-refundable.

• If you arrive late, your reading may be shortened to avoid affecting appointments booked after yours.

• If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered the next available appointment or, where applicable, a full refund of any payment already made.

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person before they are redeemed.

• There are no refunds once a reading has been completed. You are paying for my time, experience and professional service, not a guaranteed outcome.

• I understand that genuine emergencies can happen. In exceptional circumstances, the transfer of a payment to another appointment

will be at my discretion.
