By booking a session, you agree to the following:

 

  1. Confidentiality

    Everything shared during your session is confidential. I do not discuss your reading with anyone.

  2. Guidance, not guarantees

    Readings offer insight and guidance, not absolute outcomes.

    I do not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

  3. You remain responsible for your decisions

    You always remain in control of the choices you make after a session.

  4. Respectful space

    Sessions are a mutual energetic exchange.

    I reserve the right to end a session if someone becomes abusive or disrespectful.

  5. Payment

    Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Enlightened Tarot Thirsk - Cancellation & Refund Policy
​

• Face-to-face cash appointments require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment.

​

30-minute reading (£45): £15 booking fee
Deep Dive reading (£80): £30 booking fee

The booking fee is deducted from the total cost of your reading, with the remaining cash balance payable on the day.

​

• All online and digital readings are payable in full at the time of booking and are therefore not subject to a booking fee.

​

• Cancellations or requests to reschedule require at least 24 hours’ notice.

​

• If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, your booking fee will be transferred to a new appointment.

​

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment, will result in your booking fee being retained.

​

• If you arrive late, your reading may be shortened to avoid affecting appointments booked after yours.

​

• If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered the next available appointment or, where applicable, a full refund of any payment already made.

​

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person before they are redeemed.

​

• There are no refunds once a reading has been completed. You are paying for my time, experience and professional service, not a guaranteed outcome.

​

• I understand that genuine emergencies can happen. In exceptional circumstances, any transfer of a booking fee will be at my discretion.
